After banging my head approx 2 hours finally i got the point . I am not blaming Artio and Docman seller , Both are very good plugins but due to the SEF problem's its not working on my site First of all update your Artio time to time . its very easy as per the image explained

and where you see the update button please update those extensions .still If you got any problem with search engine friendly  URL's  then select that component on artio and select the Don't SEF plugins as image explains

Click on Save and enjoy ;)
